These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Elaris Beauty Salon’s services across all Dubai locations. By booking an appointment or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms.
Services
Elaris provides professional beauty and wellness services including hair, nails, skin, lashes, makeup, massage, waxing, and aesthetic treatments. All services are performed by certified specialists.
- Service results may vary based on individual hair type, skin condition, and other personal factors.
- Elaris reserves the right to decline a service if, in the specialist’s professional judgement, it may cause harm or is unsuitable for the client.
- Clients are required to disclose any allergies, skin conditions, medical treatments, or contraindications prior to receiving a service. Elaris accepts no liability for adverse reactions arising from undisclosed conditions.
Pricing and Payment
- Prices are as quoted at the time of booking and are subject to change without prior notice.
- All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable, in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations.
- Payment is accepted via cash, card, Tabby, Tamara, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and membership credit.
- Membership credit packages are non-transferable and non-refundable except as outlined in the Refund Policy.
Appointments
- Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of your booking via WhatsApp or in person.
- Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled to avoid disruption to other clients.
- Elaris reserves the right to reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances, including specialist illness or force majeure, with as much notice as possible.
Membership Packages
- Membership credit is valid for five years from the date of purchase.
- Credit is applicable to all services across all Elaris branches in Dubai.
- Credit cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
- Package and promotional pricing is separate from membership wallet billing.
- Top-ups and upgrades are available at any time and will be added to the existing wallet balance.
Liability
- Elaris is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.
- Our liability for any service-related complaint is limited to re-performing the service or providing a credit note, at our discretion.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for personal injury caused by our negligence.
Conduct
Elaris operates as an exclusively female sanctuary. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove any individual whose conduct is disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate toward our team or other clients.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
