Do I need experience in salons or beauty to apply?

No prior salon experience is required. What matters is business ownership mindset, commitment to the brand’s standards, and the financial capacity to invest. Elaris provides all operational training and systems — you bring the drive to run an excellent business.
What ongoing fees are charged after opening?

The ongoing commission is the monthly percentage of gross sales for your tier: 5% (Tier 1), 10% (Tier 2), or 30% (Tier 3). There are no additional hidden charges. Full details disclosed during the discovery call before you sign anything.
How long does it take from application to opening?

Typically 3 to 6 months from signed agreement to opening day, depending on site availability and fit-out complexity. We support you through site selection before any documents are signed.
Is the franchise available outside the UAE?

Currently UAE only. We are building a strong presence across the Emirates before international expansion. GCC and international enquiries are noted for future phases.
Will Elaris help me find the right location?

Yes. For Tier 1, location scouting is fully handled by Elaris. For Tiers 2 and 3, Elaris provides criteria, territory guidance, and lease term input before you commit to any site.
How many franchise units are available?

We are deliberately limiting this first phase. Elaris will not issue franchises faster than it can support them. Each franchisee receives direct attention from the founding team — which requires keeping the programme selective.
