Refund & Cancellation

Appointment Cancellations

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling any appointment.

• First-time late cancellations may be waived at management’s discretion.
• Clients with a pattern of late cancellations or no-shows may be required to pre-pay for future bookings.
• Cancellations must be made via WhatsApp at +971 58 697 1090.

Home Service Cancellations

• Home service appointments require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur 50% of the booked service value.
• Same-day cancellations after the specialist has departed will incur 100% of the service value plus any applicable travel costs.

Membership Packages

• Membership credit packages are non-refundable once activated.
• In exceptional circumstances (medical incapacity verified by documentation), a partial refund of unused credit may be considered at management’s discretion.
• Membership credit is not redeemable for cash under any circumstances.

Service Dissatisfaction

Your satisfaction is our standard. If you are unhappy with a service:

• Please inform a team member before leaving the salon, so we can address it immediately.
• Complaints raised within 48 hours of the service will be reviewed — a complimentary adjustment or credit note may be offered at management’s discretion.
• Refunds for completed services are not provided, in accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Law provisions for personal services.

Product Purchases

• Unopened products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with proof of receipt.
• Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the product is faulty.
• Faulty products will be replaced or refunded in full, in compliance with UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Decree Law No. 15 of 2020).
